What you'll do
- Own paid strategy and budgets across Meta and Google for client accounts.
- Set up clean tracking and attribution before spend goes live.
- Test creative and targeting to bring cost-per-result down over time.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years running paid campaigns with real budgets and results.
- Fluent with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and GA4.
- Can read a funnel and spot where money is leaking.
Be the day-to-day point of contact for client accounts - tracking deliverables, flagging issues early and keeping communication straight and on time.
What you'll do
- Own day-to-day communication for a set of client accounts.
- Track deliverables and deadlines across teams.
- Flag issues or scope creep before they reach a review call.
What we're looking for
- 1+ years in a client-facing or account management role.
- Clear, direct written and verbal communication.
- Organised enough to run multiple accounts without dropping things.
Design interfaces and flows for client products end to end - wireframes through to polished, developer-ready screens. You own usability, not just visuals.
What you'll do
- Turn client briefs into wireframes, flows and high-fidelity screens.
- Build and maintain reusable components in our design system.
- Work with developers through implementation to protect design intent.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years designing UI/UX, with a portfolio showing process.
- Solid grip on Figma - components, auto layout, variables.
- Comfortable defending design decisions directly with clients.
Bring static designs to life across web, social and ad creative - micro-interactions, explainer animations and video edits that hold attention.
What you'll do
- Animate UI micro-interactions and page transitions for client sites.
- Produce short-form motion content for social and ad creative.
- Edit video for explainers, reels and campaign assets.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of motion design or video editing, with a reel to show.
- Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere (or similar).
- Able to juggle several client briefs without dropping quality.

What candidates usually ask before applying.
Is this a remote or in-office role?
It depends on the role - each listing above states its location. At Anantya, technology roles tend to be fully remote, while other roles are based full-time out of our Zirakpur office.
What makes Anantya different to work at?
We're a small team, so you're never just a ticket number - people notice your work and your input. We also try to run internally the same way we tell clients to run their business: when something is broken, we fix it instead of working around it.
How soon would I be doing real work?
Within your first couple of weeks. We don't have a long onboarding runway - you'll be paired with someone on live client work early, with support close by.
Do you hire outside Zirakpur or Punjab?
Yes, especially for technology roles. Each listing states its location; remote roles are open to candidates across India.
