Introduction
Anantya TechLabs (“we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to conducting business with integrity, treating people fairly and building a workplace and client relationships grounded in trust. This page summarises the policies that govern our conduct as a company. It is intended for clients, partners, candidates and anyone else who wants to understand how we operate - it does not replace the detailed policies and employment agreements provided internally to our team.
Code of Conduct
Everyone who works at or with Anantya TechLabs - employees, contractors, interns and Academy trainees - is expected to act honestly, treat colleagues and clients with respect and avoid any conduct that could harm our reputation or the trust our clients place in us. This includes being truthful in communications, honouring commitments and escalating concerns rather than concealing them.

We hire, promote and make employment decisions based on merit, skill and business need. We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, religion, caste, race, disability, marital status, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected under applicable Indian law. This applies to recruitment, compensation, training and every other aspect of the working relationship.
Prevention of Sexual Harassment
Anantya TechLabs maintains a zero-tolerance stance on sexual harassment in the workplace, in line with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. We maintain an Internal Committee to receive and address complaints and every team member - including interns and trainees - is entitled to raise a concern without fear of retaliation.
Confidentiality & Data Security
We treat client information, business strategies and personal data with strict confidentiality. Team members and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations that survive the end of their engagement with us and access to sensitive data is limited to those who need it to do their work. Our handling of personal data submitted through this website is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption
We do not offer, give, solicit or accept bribes or improper payments in any form, to or from clients, vendors, government officials or any other party. Business decisions - including vendor selection and client engagements - are made on their merits, not on personal benefit to any individual involved.
Conflict of Interest
Team members are expected to disclose any personal, financial or business interest that could reasonably conflict with their duties to Anantya TechLabs or its clients. Where a conflict exists, we take steps to manage or remove it before it affects a business decision.
Vendor & Partner Code of Conduct
We expect the vendors, freelancers and partners we work with to uphold standards consistent with our own - lawful conduct, fair treatment of their own staff and honesty in how they represent their work and pricing to us and to our shared clients.
Workplace Health & Safety
We provide a safe working environment for our team, whether working from our office or remotely and comply with applicable occupational health and safety obligations. Any safety concern raised by a team member is taken seriously and addressed promptly.
Grievance Redressal
Anyone with a concern about a breach of these policies - whether a team member, client, or vendor - can raise it directly with us in confidence. We investigate every complaint fairly and take corrective action where warranted, without retaliation against the person who raised it.
Changes to These Policies
We review and update these policies periodically to reflect changes in our business, our team and applicable law. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
